My Newest Creation for Brigitte

I made this for Brigitte aka Shoe Princess.. Shh don't tell her. She hasn't received it.. I just finished her today!
I actually made her two others but, I think this one came out the best. 

But, please leave me your comments on ways to improve these.. I am totally in love with making these now!
