This is a suitcase I made to house a mini for my mom.

Here's a quick card I made tonight, trying to calm myself before the surgery on Monday. I hope u like it! I'll be back next week to update my blog, yes i've been away so long. But I will be back as soon as the surgery is over and i'm off the meds. :)

MIA again!!

I know its been a long, long time since I posted anything.. Life had me down... But I pulled myself up and dusted myself off and I am back! I have lots in store this time.. I want to post some great templates I made, I have some tuts planned.. and some other exciting things planned. I even have a huge giveaway in the works.. You thought the Gypsy giveaway was big? LOL look for that next month!

What have I been up too? Well, I've had some health issues.. and a few things in my personal life. But they have resolved well, most of them anyway lol. I want to thank you for sticking by me. I do have a question.. somehow I lost my follower button.. (the Blogger follower button).. I had over 200 subscribers.. and poof its gone! Does anyone know how to find it? This week I am working on updating my blog and will be bigger and better than ever!

Oh, and I have some pretty exciting news... I made Shannon Leffew's design team- Creative Chaos Flower DT. Look for her amazing flowers and all of the design teams creations at: My Scrappy Creations  I am making a new Youtube channel for Shannon's design team members to show off all our creations.. please look for Creative Chaos Design team channel.. coming tomorrow 6/3/11.

MIA

Hi everyone! I'm sorry, I've in MIA for the last month. I started the new website Minialbumscraps.ning.com with Nichole and Kimi. Then I was really busy with my mini orders and to top that off I came down with the creeping crude aka FLU. Thank God its at the tail end.. I will be posting regularly from here on out.. Thank you for sticking by me. I have lots of plans coming up for the blog, and we have lots of great stuff coming up on the website, which is growing by leaps and bounds.  YAY!

Scrap Expo Pleasanton CA 2011

Yesterday I pack up the kids and took off to the Expo, where  we met Marion Smith! We actually scrapped with her.. the below pic is of my grand baby, Marion and Myself. If you haven't been to an expo, I highly recommend going.. there are great deals and lots of make and takes.. we had a great time!

My Newest Boy Mini

Here is a mini I created for my boss' son. He is 7. There isn't a lot on the market out there for boys! It's so frustrating.. Is anyone else having this problem? Maybe it's just in my area? But seriously in my area there is either baby boy or high school and nothing in between. If anyone has any suggestions for what I can do for the front of this book, I would really appreciate it!

I actually made her two others but, I think this one came out the best.

My new dress form

While in Reno, my hubby took me to Ross to get some pants so we could stay an extra night. I walked into Ross and instantly fell in love.. right before me was the prettiest dress form I ever seen! I ran to her and actually hugged her and said " oh honey, I have to have her! He threw her in the basket and the rest is history. Isn't she gorgeous??!! Check out your local Ross ladies. I found her and one other one!

Update 1/16/11

I just wanted to say, Thank you for all of your support, and comments. I read each and every one of them. I don't know how to respond to them, so that is way I haven't I will try to figure that out tonight.. I wanted to wish ALL of you, Good luck on the Gypsy drawing and hope that you will continue to follow my blog. Thanks to you, I now have 93 new followers! I hope you'll stay after the contest is over. I have so many great things in store for you. Thank you everyone! I will be adding a lot more content soon. There is something going on in my life right now that is very upsetting and I haven't been in the creative mood to say the least. But, it will resolve and life will return to normal and I will be back and better than ever before.
